Week One

Week Two

Barley Chicken Stew with mixed vegetables and macaroni

Minced chicken with five-spice sauce, Chicken Sausage Omelette with long beans / French beans and steamed rice

Kway Teow Soup with fish balls, fishcakes and green vegetables

ABC Chicken Soup (Potatoes, Carrots, Radish, Onions and Button Mushrooms) with “claypot” rice - chicken pieces and long beans

Nyonya Porridge (Chicken Meat, Peanuts, Tau Pok, Fish cake and Sweet / salted Radish)
Week Three

Macaroni Soup with shredded Chicken and Vegetables

Steamed fish meat with water chestnut and toufu, steamed rice and water cress soup

Ipoh Hor Fun with shredded Chicken, chye sim and mushrooms

Chicken Rice (chicken is grilled in oven) with sliced cucumber and soup

Week Four
